I stayed in this serene hotel for 1 day, had luxury experience, liked its easy location very close to Terminal 5, the airport. The room was top-notch and new-fashioned with bath, and I slept very well.

It made our trip to Hillingdon a comfortable experience. Continental breakfast was splendid and good hot. The service was great and we really enjoyed hotel's good restaurant. Besides, the parking was onsite.

i loved the hotel, it's secured and the location is perfect inside the terminal. the room was luxurious and immaculate. it had an exceptionally comfortable bed and included a huge bathroom a shower, hair dryers and bath sheets.

Unbeatable location and spotlessly clean place, I really enjoyed attentive staff. I booked cosy classic twin room here with a great chair to relax in and very comfortable bed. They had an early check-in. Plus, I was able to park my car onsite.

Well, Wi-Fi was very poor.

Lovely interior, condescending staff and plentiful breakfast. Enjoyed the classic queen room, it was convenient the time we came in. Restaurant was affordable and clean. Incredible pool to relax in too.

Brilliant position, absolutely fabulous room, respectful staff. The fact that Heathrow Terminal 5 subway station was some 5 minutes away was a plus. The bed was relaxing and breakfast was free.

Unfortunately internet was weak.
